Reveiw [ShortRead]: Eating Out by E.R. Pierce

I received no compensation from the author for this honest review.

Samantha Baker isn't interested in being another notch on Ryan Fellows bedpost, but she can't deny he's got style, charisma, and prowess. When he invites her to have lunch out of the blue, she finds she can't ignore the way his eyes caress her, nor the way he seems to know exactly what she needs...

Contains references to light BDSM in the form of a spanking, and Samantha must call Ryan "Sir". Eating Out alternates point-of-view.

This erotic short story series is meant to be read on your lunch break. The Hot Lunch Series is a wicked hot, short and steamy, office fling, with just the right amount of romance. The perfect length to read while you munch.

My Thoughts

Overall Rating

Novel Breakdown

Characters: 3
Because this story is a novella/short read, there was not a lot of emphasis on character development. It was meant to be a "quickie" in every sense of the word. The characters are two consenting adults engaging in "play."

Plot: 3
Not much to it. An office quickie theme.

Flow: 3
The pacing was quick but flowed smoothly. I did not get thrown out of the story as I read it.

Believability: 3
There was nothing in the story that made it seem unrealistic.

Sexual Tension: 5
The foreplay/BDSM elements made this story "hot." It was the best part of this story.

Romance: 2
This was a "lust" story, pure and simple.

Elements
  • M/F
  • Light BDSM (spanking, "SIR")
